Not a bad choice but better financial results are possible
The cultivation of Agria in 2010 strongly reduced the Ro population but Pa has increased. This results in damage in the Innovator crop in 2014. This damage is restricted by application of granules but the costs of the granule application are in this case not fully recovered by a yield increase. Innovator gives a good reduction of the Pa population and because hardly anything is left of the Ro population after the Agria crop, the reproduction of the Ro population is very limited. This means that there will hardly be damage in the Bintje crop in 2018.
